Hi there, I shared with you this morning that I live with mild anxiety and one of my biggest challenges is being able to capture a full, deep breath. Besides the panic attacks and anxiety that contribute to my difficulty in catching a deep breath, all the heavy crying I did after Larry died made it worse.
